The game will be the last to depict the valiant Nathan Drake in a background story set three years after the events of his last adventure. After a long some time spent raiding, immersed in the pursuit of riches and insight, Nate is now retired and married with his beloved wife, Elena Fisher, when suddenly his life is turned upside down by the unexpected comeback of his brother, Sam. Requesting his help, they both embark on a new, more personal journey, attempting to discover a pirate treasure by unlocking a cryptic historical conspiracy.
